Under the previous firm of ASA Architects, Vigil and Associates’ president/principal Ray Vigil worked with Hatch Valley Public Schools for over a decade, serving as designer and/or project manager for Hatch Valley High School, Hatch Valley Middle School, Garfield Elementary School and Rio Grande Elementary School.
