St. Pius High School

This master planning process for St. Pius High School, documented the state of the existing facilities and developing a comprehensive plan that looks to a vision of the future, addressing the school’s religious and educational mission. Work will include renovation and development of the campus, with new Chapel and Retreat Center, Fine Arts Center, Science Building and Student Commons, as well as renovation and expansion of the existing athletics facilities, and new football stadium, soccer and track facilities.

The campus master plan is organized around the existing main courtyard and provides connections to the new Chapel and Student Commons area. The plan separates the Student Commons, Student Plaza and Athletic facilities from the academic zone to provide a very dynamic and active student zone for student activities and gathering while maintaining a separate quiet academic zone for study and class work.
