Sundance Construction

The project site is located north and east of San Mateo Blvd NE and Alameda Blrd NE. Improvements consist of a new prefabricated metal building to house a new car showroom with related offices and support facilities, a private service department as well as site development to support the new facility. Site improvements consist of vehicular access points, public sidewalks, internal drives, parking, internal walkways, landscaping, and drainage infrastructure.
