Cuba Teacher Housing

In spite of the site constraints for the number of units required, our team of expert designers was able to massage the site plan to get all six residential units for Cuba Independent Schools Teacher Housing. Each building is a duplex consisting of 2-bedroom units. Throughout the design process it was a known possibility that all of the structures may not be built. To resolve this potential issue, a phasing scheme was used to allow for future development as funding becomes available. At this time only four of the six units have been completed.
