2019
This project added an addition, remodeled the main living quarters, and addressed roof leaks and site drainage issues. The open concept design expanded common areas, provided personal spaces and an exercise room. A new large kitchen open to a large living and dining area were included. Natural lighting and LED fixtures provide energy efficient day-lighting. A privacy wall around the outdoor patio with a gas grill and tables increased the living area. Sleeping rooms were increased to 6, each with large operable windows, a single bed, wardrobes, wall mounts for TVs, and dimmable LED lighting. Finishes are low-maintenance including polished concrete floors. The mechanical system was upgraded and a variable refrigerant flow system, all new plumbing, gas fired tankless, on-demand hot water, all new fixtures & energy star appliances, and a new water softening system to prolong the life of the equipment.
