This project added an addition, remodeled the main living quarters, and addressed roof leaks and site drainage issues. The open concept design expanded common areas & provided personal spaces & an exercise room. A new large kitchen open to a large living & dining area were included. Natural lighting &LED fixtures provide energy efficient day-lighting. A privacy wall around the outdoor patio with a gas grille & tables increased the living area. Sleeping rooms were increased to 6, each with a large operable windows, a single bed, wardrobes, wall mounts for TVs, and dimmable LED lighting. Finishes are low-maintenance including polished concrete floors. The mechanical system was upgraded and a variable refrigerant flow system, all new plumbing, gas fired tank-less, on-demand hot water, all new fixtures & energy star appliances, and a new water softening system to prolong the life of the equipment.
